Job Description: Accounts Manager

Experience: 7 to 10 years of robust experience in high-volume accounting environment

Salary : ₹ 8.0 to 12.0 LPA

Leading manufacturer and supplier of packaging and disposable products including aluminium foil, cling wrap, tissue paper, paper cups and other food containers, serving HORECA, hospitality and retail channels across western India. The company has 150+ employees and an extensive dealer and distributor network.

Position Overview

The company is seeking a highly disciplined, process-driven Accounts Manager. This is a critical leadership role designed for an individual who thrives on extreme ownership, absolute accountability, and operational precision.

You will directly oversee our core financial operations, ensuring that a high volume of approximately 7,500 monthly invoices across 2,000 customers is processed with zero leakage. You will lead and upskill a team consisting of two accounts executives,



turning day-to-day data entry and compliance into a gold standard of corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities & Functional Areas

High-Volume Billing & Ledger Governance
Billing Infrastructure: Establish and enforce strict daily cut-offs for the execution, validation, and dispatch of ~7,500 customer invoices.
Ledger Accuracy: Maintain flawless accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) ledgers across a base of 2,000 customers and multi-regional suppliers and vendors.
Reconciliation Rigor: Implement daily and weekly automated bank, customer, and gateway reconciliations to eliminate errors early.
Working Capital & Cash Flow Discipline
Ageing Analysis: Review aging reports weekly, actively monitoring outstanding balances and partnering with sales teams to drive strict credit control.
Liquidity Management: Track daily cash flows and manage banking operations under the guidance of the leader
