Profile - Lead Media Buyer – Meta Ads
Experience - 7-10 Yrs

This role is strictly for professionals who have hands-on experience running Pay Per Call and Lead Generation campaigns. If your background is primarily branding, engagement, or eCommerce, this role is not suitable.

Who Should Apply
Media buyers with proven experience in US Market Pay Per Call campaigns on Meta (strongly preferred), or
Media buyers with solid Indian Market Lead Generation experience across performance-driven verticals.

You must have directly managed live campaigns and optimised for measurable KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROI, call quality, and conversion rates.
What We Expect
Solid execution capability in scaling Meta campaigns
Deep understanding of targeting, creatives, funnels, and performance optimization




Experience with tracking setup (Meta Pixel, Conversion API, CRM integrations)
Data-driven decision making
For Lead role: experience managing and mentoring buyers
Preferred Vertical Exposure
Insurance, Loans, Solar, Financial Services, Travel, Education, Nutra, Home Services.

Who Should Not Apply
Candidates with only eCommerce, catalog sales, or branding experience
Candidates without hands-on campaign ownership
Candidates without performance marketing exposure
