The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead with 8+ years of confirmed Salesforce platform experience to lead a product team within the SF Core workstream of a global Luxury Maison’s Salesforce CRM Factory. SF Core is the Factory’s Priority 1 workstream and its largest team,



covering the Maison’s core Sales Cloud CRM — Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, and the custom clienteling and boutique retail data model built on top of it. Operating as the senior-most technical authority within your squad and as a key technical reference across the Factory, you will set architecture direction, safeguard platform integrity, and mentor the next generation of Tech Leads — delivering robust, scalable CRM solutions that power boutique retail operations, omnichannel clienteling, and luxury client experiences across 5 continents.
