Your Role
Lead and mentor the Automation QA team while driving automation strategy and best practices across projects.
Design, develop, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Java, and Cucumber BDD.
Develop reusable automation components and implement framework-level improvements to increase test efficiency and coverage.
Review automation code, enforce quality standards, and provide technical guidance to team members.
Create and maintain feature files, step definitions, test scripts, and automation test suites.
Your Profile
8+ years of experience in Software Testing and Test Automation.
Strong hands-on expertise in Selenium WebDriver, Java,



and Cucumber BDD framework development.
Proven experience in designing and implementing POM, Hybrid, and BDD automation frameworks.
Strong knowledge of TestNG/JUnit, Object-Oriented Programming concepts, Java 8 features, Collections Framework, and Design Patterns.
Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems including Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Git, and Maven.
Expertise in automation code reviews, framework governance, and test automation lifecycle management.
