We are seeking an experienced Presales Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end customer engagements for cloud transformation initiatives. In this customer-facing role, you will partner with enterprise clients to understand business challenges, design cloud solutions, develop compelling technical and commercial proposals, and support successful deal closures. You will collaborate closely with sales, solution architects, and partner ecosystems to deliver value-driven cloud transformation strategies while building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Own the complete presales lifecycle for cloud transformation opportunities, from lead qualification through proposal submission and technical closure.
Conduct customer discovery workshops to understand business objectives, IT environments, current challenges, and modernization requirements.
Present solution architectures, cloud strategies, and business value propositions to CIOs,



CTOs, and senior business stakeholders.
Prepare and manage responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs in collaboration with technical and commercial teams.
Develop comprehensive techno-commercial proposals, including solution scope, pricing models, commercial structures, and implementation approaches.
Work closely with solution architects to translate customer requirements into scalable, technically sound cloud solutions.
Build and nurture relationships with enterprise customers to identify new business opportunities and expand existing engagements.
Collaborate with cloud partners and technology vendors to create joint solutions and strengthen deal execution.
Support customer presentations, solution demonstrations, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations.
Maintain accurate presales pipeline information, CRM records, forecasts, and prospect tracking.
