About the role:
As a service manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operations of our service department for a heightened level of client satisfaction. This includes leading a team of service professionals to deliver outstanding service experiences while optimising efficiency and productivity. You will also manage service contracts, track performance metrics and handle all requests within the deadline.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for all RMs, ensuring their service needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for clients, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all formalities.
Guide clients through the documentation process, ensuring compliance with regulatory and KYC requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, compliance, and sales) to facilitate smooth account activation.
Handle documentation and tax-related queries from clients, providing accurate and timely responses or coordinating with relevant teams for resolution.




Coordinate closely with team office on client status updates, attestation processes, courier deliveries, and other operational matters.
Address client inquiries regarding performance reports, tax-related issues, research report requests, and other service-related queries.
Collaborate with the Team to gather necessary information and ensure comprehensive responses to client queries.
Maintain meticulous records of client returns, stock holdings, cash positions, and other relevant information to facilitate smooth operations and informed decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Proven 1-2 yrs experience in client services or relationship management within the financial services industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
