Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced FICO Blaze Consultant to design, develop, and maintain business rules using FICO Blaze Advisor. The candidate should have experience in rule development, decision automation, and integration with enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain business rules in FICO Blaze Advisor.
Analyze business requirements and create rule-based solutions.
Build and optimize rule services for performance and scalability.
Integrate Blaze applications with other systems using APIs/web services.
Perform testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
Work closely with business users, architects, and development teams.
Follow coding standards and best practices.
Support production issues and system enhancements.




Prepare technical documentation.
Required Skills
5–12 years of IT experience with hands-on FICO Blaze Advisor expertise.
Strong understanding of BRMS (Business Rules Management Systems) and decision automation.
Experience with rule modeling, decision tables, and ruleflows.
Knowledge of Java/J2EE and REST/SOAP web services.
Valuable SQL and database skills.
Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance domains.
Exposure to Cloud and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of Git version control.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
