What We’re Looking For - Role Brief

We are looking for a dynamic and process-driven Associate Team Lead to lead a team of 20 Business Development Executives (BDEs).



The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of the entire sales cycle - from first customer outreach to successful handoff to the Business Development Managers (BDMs). This role is critical in enabling the sales engine, driving pipeline growth, and ensuring that every client interaction is consistent, professional, and impactful.

What You’ll Do

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ~20 BDEs to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Streamline and monitor the pre-sales process, including:
Initial customer calls to explain digital marketing services and business performance insights.
Scheduling meetings for BDMs.
Pre-call and post-call follow-ups to ensure customer engagement.
Assisting in deal closures through consistent nurturing.
Ensure strict CRM hygiene: maintain accurate, updated records of all leads, interactions, and status updates.
Collaborate closely with BDMs to ensure smooth handovers and alignment on client expectations.
