About the Role
The Head Mechanical – ESL will be responsible for ensuring effective mechanical maintenance across plant equipment and common services, driving asset reliability, and improving equipment utilization through structured maintenance practices.

Responsibilities
Ensure effective mechanical maintenance across plant equipment and common services.
Drive asset reliability and improve equipment utilization through structured maintenance practices.
Identify system gaps and implement cost optimization and maintenance efficiency initiatives.
Optimize manpower, spares, and consumable usage to achieve benchmark performance levels.
Implement digital tools and Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM) for predictive maintenance.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulatory compliance, and HSE practices.
Lead manpower planning, capability building,



and team development initiatives.
Oversee utility operations, oxygen plant, railway services, engineering shop, and heavy equipment maintenance.
Execute business plans to meet production targets with focus on safety, quality, and cost.
Drive maintenance strategy using RCA, CBM, and asset optimization frameworks.

Qualifications: B. Tech/B.E in (Mechanical)
Experience: 18-20 years

Required Skills
Solid mechanical engineering background.
Proven experience in maintenance management.
Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Skills
Experience with digital tools and predictive maintenance.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
