We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead high-volume recruitment efforts and drive strategic hiring initiatives across a fast-paced, people-focused organization. This role requires a strong background in large-scale talent sourcing, team leadership, and deep market understanding. Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring results.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, events, referrals, and community partnerships.
Leverage market intelligence to assess talent availability, wage trends, competitive movement, and sourcing opportunities.
Partner closely with business leaders to forecast staffing needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.




Implement employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s visibility in local markets.
Use data and analytics to measure recruitment performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment.
Demonstrated ability to hire large volumes of candidates within tight timelines.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment marketing systems.
Robust analytical skills with the ability to use data to guide decisions.
