We are seeking an experienced MES AVEVA Consultant with strong Portuguese language proficiency to lead the design, implementation, integration, and support of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions using the AVEVA MES platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing digitalization initiatives, smart factory implementations, and enterprise-level MES deployments while effectively collaborating with Portuguese-speaking stakeholders across global manufacturing operations.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, manufacturing domain knowledge, and excellent communication skills in Portuguese to ensure successful project delivery, system optimization, and business transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and deployment of AVEVA MES solutions for manufacturing clients.




Gather and analyze business requirements from Portuguese-speaking stakeholders and translate them into scalable MES solutions.
Configure production models, workflows, work orders, material tracking, quality management, genealogy, and production reporting within the AVEVA MES platform.
Design and implement integrations between AVEVA MES and enterprise applications such as ERP, SCADA, PLC, Historian, and other shop-floor automation systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, automation, IT, and operations to deliver business-critical solutions.
Conduct system design workshops, solution reviews, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production rollouts.
Troubleshoot production issues, optimize system performance, and provide long-term application support.
Prepare technical documentation, functional specifications, configuration documents, and user manuals in accordance with project standards.
