Role Description

We are looking for a BISO Team Coordinator to drive remediation tracking, security governance, risk coordination, infrastructure security follow-up, and BISO activity management. This role will work across business, engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure security issues, risks, and initiatives are tracked, reported, and closed on time.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate vulnerability remediation and track closure with application, engineering, and infrastructure teams.
Translate security findings into clear action items and follow up on pending fixes.
Manage security risks, exceptions, and approvals with proper documentation and business justification.
Maintain application security ownership, governance records, and lifecycle tracking.
Support patching, hardening, and closure of infrastructure security issues with relevant stakeholders.
Prepare and publish security metrics, status reports, and leadership updates.
Support audits by maintaining required evidence, trackers, and documentation.




Coordinate BISO team activities, project plans, trackers, and cross-functional follow-ups.
Provide visibility into key risks, delays, and open security actions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Relevant experience in security operations, governance, risk, vulnerability management, or project coordination.
Strong coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work across business and technical teams.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills
Knowledge of vulnerability management and remediation processes.
Familiarity with security governance, risk, and exception handling.
Experience with reporting, dashboards, and audit support.
Understanding of infrastructure, cloud, or application security coordination.
