The Role
We're looking for a sharp, hustle-driven Technical Recruiter to join our US Talent Delivery team in Bangalore. You'll own the full sourcing and screening cycle for US-based technical roles — such as mobile (iOS/Android), backend, and full-stack engineering.
This is an individual contributor role with clear metrics, real autonomy, and a direct line of sight to impact. You'll work closely with a Delivery Manager and alongside a small, high-performance team running the US shift from India.

What You'll Do
Own end-to-end sourcing for US tech roles: iOS, Android, Python, Java, Full-Stack
Run outbound outreach campaigns via LinkedIn Navigator, Apollo, Findem, GitHub, and email sequences
Conduct initial candidate screens using Glider AI's platform — including AI-assisted assessments and structured interviews
Execute call scripts to engage passive candidates and obtain Right-to-Represent authorizations
Track and hit daily/weekly KPIs: outreach volume, response rates, screens completed, candidates presented
Submit vetted candidate profiles to the Delivery Manager for client presentation — with notes on comp, availability, and skills fit
Manage candidate communication throughout the process: follow
