Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and technically robust professional to manage technical and scientific activities related to X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF), Surface Area analysis, and the Malvern Panalytical product portfolio across India and surrounding regions. The role involves close collaboration with Sales, Customer Service teams, and customers to deliver value-added solutions across various industries and market segments.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Process Support
Act as the primary technical expert for XRF, Surface Area, and related product lines.




Support the sales process through application expertise, experiment design, and technical presentations.
Provide product and application consultancy and competitive insights to the sales team.
Knowledge Management & Training
Develop technical and marketing content, including webinars, application notes, and posters.
Deliver technical lectures, seminars, and workshops for customers and internal teams.
Provide product and application training to local and global teams.
Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support business and marketing initiatives.
Customer Support
Deliver timely technical assistance and application consultancy for pre- and post-sales activities.
Troubleshoot complex customer issues in collaboration with service teams.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, industry experts, and stakeholders.
Operational Excellence
Maintain accurate records and opportunities in CRM systems.
