Key responsibilities:

1.Develop and refine the corporate strategy:
analyze internal strategies, assess their effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define & refine the corporate strategy ,aligning it with firm's goals and objectives.
2.Spearhead M&A; Activities:
lead the identification, evaluation and execution of potential merger and acquisition opportunities. Conduct thorough due diligence, financial analysis and risk assessments to support decision-making processes. Develop business cases, negotiate deals & oversee post-merger integration efforts.
3.Identify market opportunities:
continuously monitor trends, competitive landscapes and customer needs to identify potential growth opportunities for the organization.



Evaluate market entry plans ,estimate new business models and recommend cutting-edge approaches to capture market share & drive revenue growth.
4.Foster global and deep understanding of the regulatory environments & markets particularly within the BFSI sector, collaborate with cross-functional teams while working with various departments and provide guidance to objectives of internal stakeholders.
5.Drive strategic initiatives and participate in projects as well as leverage data-driven insights. Monitor and report on performance and establish key performance indicators to measure effectiveness of M&A; and corporate strategies and communicate the progress.
