2 Role Summary

This chance is for a Production Support Manager within a productbased organization The role is aligned to directly work with clients client support teams and ensuring the stability reliability and performance of critical Web Products applications

You will act as a key escalation point for production incidents leading response efforts driving root cause analysis and partnering with product delivery and Infra teams to continuously improve platform resilience This position blends technical hands on expertise with leadership and stakeholder management responsibilities

This is a highly visible role that requires technicalfunctional expertise and the ability to operate effectively under pressure in a timesensitive environment by adhering to defined SLAs SLIs and operational KPIs

3 Must have qualifications





Experience supporting business critical Web applications with advanced understanding of Applications and environment controls

Serve as a key escalation point for production issues Innate ability to take ownership and accountability for troubleshooting production issues determining root causes and engaging proactively in applying longterm solutions

Improve the service level the team provides to our end users which includes maximizing operational efficiencies strengthening incident management problem management and knowledge sharing practices

Understanding workflowbased logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it overall to support remediation and improvement

Drive the team to cope with the continuous product enhancements and technology upgrades

Drive Operational improvement initiatives longterm remediation to recurring issues and
