p;I).Drive initiatives for Regular Buying Members and implement win-back strategies for irregular and lapsed mem
bers.Organise store-driven activities such as Bus Drives, "Halla Bol" campaigns, and tele-calling to increase foot
fall.Focus on member base expansion, development, and reten
tion.Inventory & Stock Manag
ementMonitor critical KPIs, including stock/shelf availability for Top 1000 items and vendor service le
vels.Oversee documentation for all stock receipts and manage vendor ret
urns.Control stock damages and shrinkage to protect mar
gins.Analyse ageing stocks and execute timely liquidation p
lans.Operational Efficiency & Financial Co
ntrolTrack monthly P&L;, focusing on improving sales, margins, and controllable c
osts.Implement EDLC (Every Day Low Cost) concepts by evaluating policies to minimise operational expe
nses.Manage store facilities (Electricity, DG sets, STP, RO plant, Freezers) and oversee all repairs and mainten
ance.Generate "Other Income" through scrap sales or space sel
ling.Compliance & Administr
ationEnsure timely sales cash/cheque deposits and manage third-party cash pickup t
eams.Maintain all necessary records for external audits and coordinate required business lice
nses.Manage local and government official relations
