What is the work?

Log, track, and manage team-related, in-house, and client project issues using issue-tracking software
Understand, analyze, and verify reported issues to ensure accurate documentation
Follow and ensure closure of issues within the defined issue lifecycle and timelines
Coordinate with internal teams to support project management activities
Assist in planning, monitoring, and reporting project progress
Conduct project and process audits to ensure compliance with defined standards
Prepare audit reports and suggest process improvements
Provide software usage and process-related training to employees
Maintain proper documentation for issues, audits, and trainings
Ensure clear and timely communication with stakeholders
