The Position
We are seeking a results-oriented Project Sales Executive to drive business development across active construction and infrastructure projects. The primary objective of this role is to identify project sites, establish contact with procurement and purchase decision-makers, and create qualified engagement opportunities that connect our commercial team with the right stakeholders. This is a field-intensive role central to expanding our project-based sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities




Identify and visit active construction and infrastructure project sites across the assigned territory to assess TMT bar requirements.
Establish and map contacts within project purchase and procurement teams, including decision-makers and key influencers.
Facilitate introductions and coordinate engagement between project stakeholders and the internal commercial team.
Build and maintain an accurate database of project leads, site contacts, and procurement timelines.
Track project progress and procurement cycles to ensure timely follow-up and prospect conversion.
Represent President TMT professionally at project sites, reinforcing the brand's reputation for quality and reliability.
Provide regular reporting on site visits, lead generation, and pipeline development to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
3 to 7 years of field sales experience, preferably within the steel, TMT, cement, or construction/building materials sector.
