Position Summary
The Payroll Associate position is designed to support our growing client facing Service Operations Team with an array of payroll duties. This position provides the ability to learn and grown in a fast paced client facing organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The payroll associate will process payroll for our growing client base across the country.
As a payroll associate, you will enter client data and review employee time-sheets
The associate level will learn how to import payroll information and assist with quality assurance as needed.
Responsible for responding and resolving client and employee payroll issues
Partner with our payroll specialists become knowledgeable in our payroll software, Prism.
Required to meet remotely with clients to achieve their KPIs, which range depending upon size, service level and need of client.
Responsible for all aspects of the clients health, maintenance and retention.
Works closely with the client and operational departments to ensure a mutually successful relationship.

Skills with MS office, including Excel and Outlook
Eligibility Criteria
3 - 5 years of experience
Decent communication skills in the English language.

Working Hours
Work Hours: Rotational shifts as per US Hours, i.e., Night shifts.
Workdays: 5 days a week
Location: Work from Office (Trivandrum)
