Mandatory Skill Set
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
Exposure to AI/ML, LLMs/SLM, Agentic AI
Good understanding Transformer Architecture, Agentic RAG, Model Fine tuning (LORA, QLORA, etc.), Model efficiency calculation
Robust Hands-on exposure different AI/ML Models (Random Forest, XG Boost, Logistic Regression, Linear Regression, etc.)
Experience with API integration, vector databases, agent-based frameworks (preferred) such as tools, DBs memory, Cache, Guardrails, Responsible AI
Exposure on building ML OPS, Agentic Ops Pipeline (Langchain, Langraph (preferable) / n8n/Make.com)
Model deployment, Model monitoring (LangSmith, LangFuse)
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

Hands-on experience with Databricks / Snowflake / modern data platforms




Good understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines and data engineering concepts
