Position Purpose

Role is to work on Projects, Enhancements and Defects on ServiceNow framework. Must have experience in ServiceNow ITSM area.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

Automate and support an expanding and maturing ServiceNow setting.
Working knowledge of Incident, Problem, Service Request, Change, Knowledge, Service Portal, and CMDB.
Contributes to the phases of feasibility analysis and design, brings an expert opinion on the feasibility and complexity of implementation in ServiceNow.
Produces technical feasibility analysis, gap analysis, design proposals, macro estimations, scripting, reporting.
