Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive safety excellence: Zero LTI; strict LOTO/PTW compliance; solid safety culture (incl. vendors)
2. Strengthen maintenance reliability and discipline: 100% PM compliance; zero critical PM slippage; timely shutdown execution, improve MTBF & reduce MTTR
3.Implement predictive maintenance: Condition monitoring for critical equipment; early fault detection
4. Enhance digital systems: Strong CMMS (SAP) usage; accurate data & KPI tracking
5. Build team capability: Skilled, multi-capable workforce with clear ownership
6. Support yield improvement: Reduce cobbles; improve alignment, guides, and mill stability
7. Capacity Utilization of Equipment & manpower utilization along with people development
8. Ensuring right quality of Maintenance activities and analysis. Spares planning and its availability.
9. Innovation, Idea Generation and newer maintenance practices
10. Ensuring Safety, Hygiene & compliance as per the set standards
11. Knowledge of Rolling and Bar Mills.
12. Long Product rolling.
13. Knowledge of Maintenance of block mills.
