We are looking for a Recruitment Executive who is passionate about hiring exceptional talent and supporting key HR processes. The role is focused on 80% Talent Acquisition and 20% HR Operations, providing an opportunity to work across the entire employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment (80%)

Manage end-to-end recruitment.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and campus hiring.
Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.




Drive offers rollout and candidate follow-ups until onboarding.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Analyze the recruitment funnel, identify bottlenecks, and take proactive actions to improve hiring efficiency and candidate conversion.

HR Operations (20%)

Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, HRMIS, and recruitment documentation.
Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
Prepare recruitment dashboards and HR reports.
Assist with attendance, confirmation processes, and other HR administrative activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources.
0–1 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in LinkedIn, job portals, ATS.
