About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Software Engineering Lead to lead our development team in India. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic decision-making and collaboration across global teams. You will lead critical migration projects, mentor engineers, and ensure delivery of scalable, cloud-native solutions
You will be responsible for
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a software development team, fostering technical excellenceDrive and influence technical discussions and decisions across projects and teams.Lead migration initiatives, including moving production applications from one cloud platform to another.Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders, providing technical insights and recommendations to shape product and platform strategies.Ensure high-quality delivery through hands-on coding, code reviews, and best practices in software engineering.
You will need
Required Skills & Experience:




12+ years of hands-on experience in frontend or full-stack development.Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects.Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js.Expertise in AWS (mandatory), including services such as Lambda.Solid understanding of REST APIs, databases, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools like Datadog.Experience in migration projects and cross-team collaboration. Nice to Have:Knowledge on Insurance domain.
