Key Roles and Responsibility:

Manage the end-to-end procurement of food ingredients, beverages, packaging materials, kitchen supplies, and other operational requirements.
Identify, evaluate, onboard, and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply contracts to achieve cost efficiency and value.
Ensure timely procurement and uninterrupted supply of materials to support restaurant operations.




Monitor inventory levels across restaurant outlets and coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to forecast purchasing requirements.
Prevent stock shortages, overstocking, and material wastage through effective inventory planning.
Optimize procurement costs while maintaining product quality and operational standards.
Ensure all purchased materials comply with food safety, quality, and company standards.
Verify purchase orders, goods received, and supplier invoices for accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with vendors to resolve quality issues, delivery delays, and supply discrepancies.
Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, vendor databases, and documentation for audits and internal controls.
Track market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
