Job summary:
Vericence is looking for a ServiceNow Engineer with extensive experience in the ITSM, ITOM and ITAM modules. Responsibilities include design, development and maintenance of the Claritev ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM instance, including but not limited to: core setup, service catalog, workflow administration, reporting, service mapping, discovery, common service data model (CSDM), custom discovery patterns, agent client collector, REST/SOAP and APIs, data imports, and third-party software integration.
The IT Service Management department strives to deliver top-notch customer service centered around the ServiceNow ITSM Self Service Portal. Core modules in use include Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Knowledge, Change, Release, Asset Management, ITOM and Configuration Management.
This would be a great role for a talented ServiceNow Engineer to own and build a strong ServiceNow Engineering discipline while assessing opportunities to best utilize and optimize the platform. We are looking for an ambitious candidate, with at least 5-7 years of experience in configuration,



custom scripting and development of ServiceNow platform modules. The incumbent shall develop custom ServiceNow solutions, troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, recommend and implement corrective action.

Mandatory Skills:
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist-Service Mapping (CIS-SM)
Solid expertise in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
Hands-on experience with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and ServiceNow Discovery.
Experience developing and maintaining custom Discovery Patterns.
Expertise in Service Mapping, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Experience working with MID Servers, Discovery Agents, and related ITOM components.
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow application development, including scripting, workflows, and customizations.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have):
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
