Description

GlobalLogic is looking for a dynamic and proactive Associate/Team Lead/ Sr Team Lead/ Assistant Manager to manage and guide a team towards achieving operational excellence, meeting SLAs, and ensuring high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, experienced in people and process management, and capable of handling client interactions, performance management, and process improvements while fostering a positive team environment.

Requirements

Minimum3 – 8 years of overall work experience, with at least 2 – 3 years in team leadership or operations management.
Proven experience in handling operations, client communication, and performance management in GIS/ Lane Mapping domain.
Strong people management and mentoring skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage SLA, quality, productivity, TAT, and reporting metrics.
Demonstrated proactive decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Capable of handling escalations and sensitive situations effectively.



Must possess any graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate & Consolidated Marks Memo)
Must be willing to work from office & in rotational shifts (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs)
Must be ready to join immediately

Job responsibilities

Lead a team of 60 – 120 members (or 20+ for Associate Lead), ensuring productivity, engagement, and adherence to processes.
Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and quarterly appraisals, while mentoring, coaching, and providing constructive feedback.
Handle sensitive situations professionally, make informed decisions, and promote a positive, cooperative work culture.
Ensure SLA compliance across quality, productivity, TAT, shrinkage, attrition, and timely deliverables.
Monitor daily tasks, prioritize work, assign responsibilities, resolve operational challenges, and maintain process reports.
Communicate effectively with clients, conduct team briefings, and act as an escalation point for issues.
