Job Responsibilities
Supervise Stamping operations and workforce during the shift in Press Shop department.
Must be handle the high-speed stamping machine production and process.
Ensure adherence to production schedules and minimize downtime.
Monitor quality of stamped components and coordinate with Quality Control for inspections.
Implement and enforce safety standards within the section.
Troubleshoot machine issues and coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
Maintain accurate shift reports on production, manpower, and equipment performance.
Train and guide operators to improve efficiency and skill levels.




Support continuous improvement initiatives in stamping processes.

Experience & Qualifications
B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/Production Engineering.
3 – 6 years of experience in stamping/Press machine or sheet metal operations.
Have the experience in ERP software.
Good knowledge of stamping machines, dies, and high-speed tooling including Progressive tolls, specially have the positive knowledge of maintenance of the stamping high-speed tools.
Ability to lead a team and manage shift operations effectively.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with safety standards and lean manufacturing practices.

Pay range and Salary:
INR 4 - 6 lacs/ annum
