About The Role

We are seeking enthusiastic Tele Callers to join our sales team in Udaipur to drive lead generation campaigns.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for domestic small-to-medium enterprises, identifying businesses that require custom software, digital modernization, or website design services.

This is an ideal role for freshers and college students looking to build high-performance communication skills in a supportive, growth-focused corporate environment. You will receive pre-built lists, structured scripts, and direct coaching from senior sales executives.

What You'll Do

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from provided business databases.
Briefly explain URTech's custom software development,



website design, and SEO services.
Gather initial client requirements and coordinate follow-up calls for the BDE team.
Maintain precise records of daily calls, customer responses, and qualified leads.

What We're Looking For

Polite, confident, and professional verbal communication skills.
Strong fluency in Hindi and basic understanding of English.
Good listening skills and ability to handle customer objections positively.
No prior experience required; full training will be provided. College students and freshers are welcome.
