Job Summary

The Associate – Order Planning and Control will be responsible for managing end-to-end coordination of order processing, ensuring timely communication with internal teams,



and maintaining accurate data records. The role requires solid attention to detail, coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Process customer orders for regular products and coordinate with the factory for execution

Prepare and share Order Confirmations in a timely manner

Ensure timely updates are communicated to Account owners regarding their customer orders

Maintain proper documentation by uploading Order Confirmations on the shared drive

Prepare and track the Pending Order Confirmation list

Verify stuffing plans and coordinate with the documentation team for further processing

Reconcile outstanding orders with North & South teams in coordination with Account Managers (Balance Acknowledgement)

Collate and maintain weekly data for reports

Update the Enquiry Tracker on a daily basis

Maintain and update invoice and container details on
