Sportsplex Facilities Manager

This position involves performing routine and preventative maintenance on facility systems, equipment, and grounds to ensure the Sportsplex remains safe, clean, and operational. Key responsibilities include inspecting facilities for safety hazards, completing minor repairs, coordinating specialized repairs, setting up and tearing down for events, maintaining maintenance records, responding quickly to requests, monitoring supplies, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting daily operations and event preparation.

Supervision: This position is supervised by the Parks & Recreation Director.

Work Hours: The standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,



with flexibility needed to support various facility activities. Evening, weekend, holiday, and emergency work may be required to ensure the protected and efficient operation of the Pulaski County Sportsplex.

Salary Rate: $50,500 to $65,000 and is commensurate upon education and experience.

Education & Experience: A high school diploma is required, and a bachelor’s degree, technical, or trade certification is preferred. Previous experience in facility maintenance, building operations, or a related field is also preferred.
