Role : Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)
Location: Kochi, Trivandrum, Chennai, Bangalore.
Exp Level: 5-9 years

We are helping our client hire Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE). As a FDE you will play a strategic client-facing role—embedding within engineering teams to design, build, and deliver impactful technology solutions. You’ll combine deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder management to solve complex business challenges and accelerate delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with client teams to design, develop, deploy, and support production-grade applications and AI-powered solutions.
Lead end-to-end software delivery: requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
Act as a senior technical resource, advising on architecture, scalability, security, and performance.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) and promote reusable workflows.




Build trusted client relationships, identify new opportunities, and contribute to account growth.
Mentor team members and drive adoption of modern engineering and AI practices.

Requirements
5+ years of enterprise software engineering experience with full SDLC delivery.
Daily use of AI-assisted development tools in professional settings.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Solid consulting mindset with excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
Prior client-facing engineering experience (FDE, Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant) preferred.
Experience with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen) and relevant certifications a plus.
