Must Have
Subject Competency in relevant subjects till 12th Level or higher.
Experience of working in Education Sector related to Assessment & Evaluation - Test Designs/Blueprints, Question Development
Broader understanding of Education System of the Country and NCERT/CBSE/Boards
Positive communication skills (English + Hindi).
Experience in delivery, tracking, and reporting of eLearning or large assessment programs
Expert in Content creation in non-Domain areas like General Knowledge, Current Affairs with knowhow of state specific Current Affairs
