Job Profile: General Manager - Accounts Payable
12-15 years preferably in Accounts payable
A visionary leader to oversee day to day operational matters related to Accounts payable Key Performance areas: ·
Overseeing Transactional AP · Vendor Reconciliation’s · Preparation of MIS as per Managements requirement
Ensure connect with business managers wherever required · Handling of team of 10-14 people
To ensure the accounting/support for all IDT related requirements
Monitor, follow and communicate changes in statutory and financial regulations that entail changes in way of working; and consequently, implement such changes wherever needed
Handling Internal Audit, Statutory auditors, and Group’s Internal Audit · Cash flow management, monitoring supplier payments both in INR and foreign currency · Management of activities like issuance of BG,



LC and discounting of LC’s
Validate that internal controls are implemented and operational
Data availability for all company law related matteri.e., BOD meetings, AGM and other company law related compliances
Leading the projects related to improvements in operational efficiencies, automation and ERP implementation · Provide adequate coaching to Finance Staff. · Handle relevant compliances- internal and external

Skill Sets & Personality Characteristics:

Should have hands on Knowledge of SAP -FICO
Should be well versed in MS office with advanced Excel
PPT presentation, Valuable communication skill both speaking and writing
