Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Data Analytics Engineers.
Plan and prioritize analytics delivery across multiple initiatives.
Provide technical leadership for Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, Azure, and data engineering.
Deliver executive dashboards and operational reporting.
Drive AI, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with Operations, Finance, Project Controls, Engineering, and IT.
Establish data governance, quality, and development standards.

Required Experience
Overall 5–10 years in Data Analytics, BI, or Data Engineering.
3–5 years leading technical teams.
Experience managing 15+ resources.
Construction, EPC, Engineering, International PMC, Infrastructure, or Real Estate industry experience preferred.
