Role Summary:
As a senior AI/ML engineer, you will architect, develop, and drive large-scale artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives. You will lead advanced solution design, model optimisation, and end-to-end deployment of production systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver maximum client impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Architect, design, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Lead development of complex models for NLP, computer vision, generative AI, or predictive analytics.
• Guide model optimisation, feature engineering,



and hyper-parameter tuning for robust performance.
• Oversee data engineering pipelines for large-scale, secure, and high-quality data processing.
• Implement and maintain MLOps/LLMOps processes for automated CI/CD, versioning, monitoring, and retraining.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, and client teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor and technically lead junior engineers and data scientists.
• Ensure best practices in responsible AI, security, compliance, and governance.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and introduce current AI/ML frameworks and cloud-native approaches.

Requirements:
Key Skills & Requirements:
• 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, data science, or a similar technical domain.
• Deep proficiency in Python and one or more ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras).
• Demonstrated experience with cloud-based platf
