JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the
successful delivery of complex software projects. The ideal candidate has a
proven track record of managing end-to-end project execution, driving Agile
delivery, collaborating with technical and business stakeholders, and ensuring
high-quality outcomes. The role requires robust leadership, excellent
communication, and the ability to independently solve complex delivery
challenges.



Experience delivering Cloud and AI/Generative AI projects is an
added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end delivery of large or complex software projects with multiple
workstreams and dependencies.
* Drive project execution from initiation through production deployment.
* Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies,
and deliverables.
* Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.
* Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, business stakeholders,
and engineering teams.
* Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and cross-team
dependencies.
* Ensure delivery quality by monitoring project health, timelines, scope, and
quality metrics.
* Provide regular executive-level status reports and project dashboards.
