YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You own the end-to-end Salesforce product for Corporate Sales, translating requirements from Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-ready tickets
You define and maintain the Salesforce product roadmap,



prioritising initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility, and stakeholder alignment with clear milestones and measurable KPIs tied to B2B sales productivity
You drive requirement workshops and discovery sessions with business stakeholders, and collaborate closely with Salesforce developers throughout the full delivery cycle, from refinement and sprint planning through UAT, release, and hypercare
You lead user onboarding and change management for recent Salesforce features, producing targeted communication, training materials, and adoption tracking to maximise rollout success across corporate sales teams
You monitor product performance through adoption rates, data quality indicators, and sales productivity metrics, using those insights to inform backlog prioritisation and ensure all developments comply with SIXT's data governance standards
