1. Creation of Master BOQs & Cost grid
Develop master BOQ with material code, HSN code, specification & item based costing in discussion with the procurement team

2.Development of Vendor base
Evaluate load, business projection, location and create vendor base for executions

3.Rate contracts
Segregate all common high value items and administer e auction, signoff rate contracts with L1/L2/L3 vendors in discussion with procurement and commercial team
