The Office of Research and Doctoral Studies serves as the University's central academic unit for promoting research excellence, strengthening doctoral education, facilitating sponsored research, fostering strategic collaborations, and supporting institutional research initiatives.
Position

Applications are invited for faculty positions at the level of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor, commensurate with qualifications, experience, and academic achievements.

Essential Qualifications
A Ph.D. from a recognized university.
An excellent publication record in reputed peer-reviewed journals.




Demonstrated experience in teaching research-related courses at the postgraduate and/or doctoral level.
Experience in research administration and/or research policy development in a higher education institution.
A robust commitment to research excellence, innovation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and academic leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a balanced role comprising approximately 50% research administration and institutional research development, and 50% teaching, research, and mentoring postgraduate and doctoral students.
Develop, implement, and periodically review research policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
Facilitate sponsored research, competitive grant applications, and strategic institutional research initiatives.
Establish and strengthen collaborations with academic institutions, industry, government agencies, funding organizations, and international partners.
