Skills -Mainframe Lead
Responsibility
Expert-level knowledge in z/OS, JES2, RACF, WLM, Sysplex, TCP/IP, SMF/RMF, and SMP/E.
Solid experience with mainframe storage (e.g., Hitachi VSP series, DS8000) and virtual tape (e.g., zVT Optica).
Hands-on experience with CICS, DB2, MQ, IMS, and other core subsystems.
Strong background in performance engineering, capacity management, and tuning.
Oversee disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution for all mainframe infrastructure components.
Experience leading technical teams and managing enterprise-scale mainframe environments. · Strong troubleshooting skills across CP, I/O, Sysplex, CF structures, and workload management
Coordinate vendor relationships (IBM, Broadcom, Hitachi, Optica, BMC, etc.) for support, contracts, and escalations.
