About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who can transform ideas into compelling visual experiences across digital, print, retail, events, and brand communication platforms.
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in strengthening Ozone's brand identity by creating impactful marketing collaterals, exhibition graphics, packaging designs, ATL campaign creatives, and engaging visual content. The ideal candidate should have a robust eye for aesthetics, branding, typography, layout design, and production-ready artwork, along with an interest in leveraging AI-powered creative tools.
Key Responsibilities
Design high-quality marketing collaterals including brochures, catalogues, flyers, leaflets, standees, banners, posters, presentations, and digital creatives.
Develop creative concepts and visual assets for exhibitions, events, product launches, retail branding, and experiential marketing.




Create print-ready artworks while coordinating with vendors for accurate production and execution.
Design product packaging, box artwork, labels, and other branding elements aligned with brand guidelines.
Support ATL campaigns by developing creatives for outdoor media, print advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
Create engaging digital assets for websites, social media, emailers, and online campaigns.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, Sales, and Branding teams to translate business requirements into impactful visual communication.
Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and AI-powered creative tools to improve design efficiency and innovation.
Support basic video editing, motion graphics, and presentation design whenever required.
