1. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities Major Activities Monthly Reporting
* Prepare consolidation for all Apraava Energy entities. Discuss with BU/
project heads to optimize forecasts; Conduct periodic review of performance
against budget; Prepare MIS reports (monthly / quarterly / annually); Discuss
with BU/ project teams to understand and address reasons for deviations from
budget; Conduct analysis like impairment and what-if, to assess progress of
budget and future business planning; Participate in finance reviews and
business reviews to present MIS for the BU/ project, and provide inputs for
business decisions.
* In order to support profitable business decisions and ensure adherence to BU/
project-wise financial plans & budgets.

Performance tracking and reporting
* Monitor actual performance against budgets on monthly basis. Conduct monthly
review with budget. Highlight any deviations to supervisor for further
action. Update forecast for the year based on latest business developments.
Prepare YTD (Year to Date), current year vs. previous year, actuals vs.




budget documents etc. Compile relevant documents in a management report and
submit to HK.
* In order to prepare reports in time and submit them to management for
decision making.

Business plan preparation
* Co-ordination within team and other business unit teams for getting data
related to business planning. Constant follow-up to get the data in time.
Discussion with relevant business unit team about the data received.
* In order to prepare an accurate business plan as per forecasted performance
by the organization.

Internal / External audit preparedness
* Maintain all documents related to audit. Provide information required by
auditors in time and resolve queries raised by auditors. Provide support for
implementation of audit recommendations.
* In order to ensure all the relevant documents are well maintained in line
with audit requirements.

* Track/ monitor financi
