About the Role
We are looking for a passionate UX Designer with 5–7 years of experience in designing intuitive, customer-centric
digital experiences for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in user
centered design, interaction design, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, usability evaluation, and
mobile-first design principles.
The designer will work closely with Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, UX Leads, UI Designers, Architects,
and Engineering teams to design seamless customer experiences for an enterprise eCommerce platform. This
engagement includes product discovery, guided shopping experiences, search experience optimization, comparison
tools, and mobile-first user journeys.
Key Responsibilities




• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, and Engineering teams to understand business goals,
customer needs, and technical constraints.
• Create user personas, user journeys, customer journey maps, task flows, user flows, and information architecture.
• Design intuitive mobile-first user experiences for customer-facing eCommerce applications.
• Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes using Figma.
• Build interactive prototypes for usability validation and stakeholder reviews.
• Design guided customer journeys including decision-tree-based experiences, multi-step workflows, and
recommendation flows.
• Design product discovery experiences including product comparison, search journeys, and guided navigation.
• Create search experience designs including autocomplete, suggested searches, search filters, zero-result recovery,
and search refinement.
