Job Title - Assistant General Manager – Accounts and Finance
Location - Pune

Job Description -
We are looking for a highly accomplished and detail-oriented Assistant General Manager – Accounts to lead our Finance & Accounts function. The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with extensive experience in the real estate developer industry, capable of managing end-to-end accounting operations across multiple projects, driving financial governance,



ensuring statutory compliance, leading large finance teams, and delivering accurate financial reporting to support strategic business decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities -
Lead end-to-end accounting operations across multiple ongoing real estate projects, ensuring timely financial closures and accurate project accounting
Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Drive statutory, internal, tax, GST, and RERA audits while coordinating with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities
Monitor project cash flows, budgeting, fund utilization, financial controls, and profitability through robust MIS reporting and analytical dashboards
Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Accounts team while collaborating closely with Sales, CRM, Procurement, Projects, Legal, and senior leadership to ens
