Role Overview:

We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions, specialized HR roles, and Campus Hiring programs. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to attract top talent through innovative sourcing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
Partner with business leaders and HR to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies for Non-IT and niche HR roles.
Drive employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.

Campus Hiring:
Plan and execute campus recruitment drives across universities and colleges.
Build strong relationships with campus placement cells and student communities.
Manage internship programs and campus engagement activities.

Niche Hiring in Enabling Functions Functions:
Source and recruit for specialised HR, Admin, Finance, legal, etc. roles.
Utilise advanced sourcing techniques, including social media,



professional networks, and talent mapping.

Recruitment Operations:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Ensure compliance with company policies and labourlaws throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Candidate Experience: Deliver a positive and seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding. Act as a brand ambassador for the organisation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in corporate recruitment, with exposure to campus and niche hiring. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and social media sourcing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
