About the job:
The Whole Truth is a 100% Clean Label brand that does not use any preservatives. This results in reduced shelf life and a complex Supply Chain. One of TWT’s values is Consumer is family. At TWT we go above and beyond to delight our consumers,



and this results in complex operations that are often manual needing heightened focus and tracking.

1. Develop and implement a robust S&OP; process to ensure accurate demand forecasting, inventory planning, and production scheduling.

2. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather market intelligence and customer demand insights.

3. Lead monthly S&OP; meetings to review sales forecasts, production plans, inventory levels, and financial projections

4. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations for optimizing supply chain efficiency.

5. Work closely with manufacturing and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of products and manage inventory levels.

6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the S&OP; process.
