About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, passionate, detail-oriented senior product design specialist who can push the quality of our digital products beyond ‘convenience’ and make them award-worthy. They are masters of craft and collaboration.



They carry strong product and design mindsets that help them create impactful products while collaborating and helping the team learn and grow into ace designers.

Responsibilities
Product Vision: Shape and drive the overall product design vision for your product category, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Design Leadership: Provide design leadership and mentorship to the product design team, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
End-to-End Design: Lead end-to-end design processes, from ideation and concept development to detailed interaction and visual design, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to bring design concepts to life and ensure successful product launches.
User Research and Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs, ensuring a
