We are building an in-house Game Studio dedicated to creating multiple mobile games across a variety of genres. Working alongside our Product Managers, Product Designers, and Engineers, you’ll help bring these experiences to life through thoughtful, polished, and engaging motion.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll own the motion craft across multiple titles from defining how interactions feel to delivering production-ready animations that elevate the overall player experience. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building high-quality experiences, collaborates well across disciplines, and is excited to shape the creative standards of a growing studio.
What You’ll Do
Design and deliver high-quality motion that enhances gameplay, usability, and player engagement across multiple game titles from small animations like wins, rewards, and level-ups to shaping the overall player experience with polished interactions.
Collaborate with Product Designers, Game Artists, Engineers, and Product Managers to translate concepts into polished, production-ready experiences.




Build reusable motion tokens, animation systems, and best practices to ensure consistency across the studio’s games.
Prototype, iterate, and refine motion based on feedback while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship.
Export production-ready animations using After effects, Lottie and Rive. Familiarity with SVGA/PAG is a plus.
Explore new techniques, tools, and AI-powered workflows that improve creative quality and team efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
4–7 years of experience in Motion Design with a strong portfolio of shipped digital products, games, or interactive experiences.
Excellent command of After Effects, with hands-on experience creating production-ready Lottie animations. Experience with Rive is a plus; familiarity with SVGA/PAG is a good-to-have.
Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, easing, and interaction design.
